These boldly flavored Sevillano olives are hand-harvested in September, then naturally cured in brine for nine months by West Coast products, a producer of Sicilian-style olives since 1934. The olives are then stuffed or naturally flavored by Penna Olives, a leading California specialty producer for more than 30 years.
